The FINAL match of the 2023 Asia Cup was played between India and Sri Lanka (IND vs SL) at the R.Premadasa Stadium, Colombo on 17 September.

In the final match, Sri Lanka won the toss and decided to bat first, which proved wrong. The Sri Lankan team was all out after scoring only 50 runs in 15.2 overs. Fast bowler Mohammad Siraj performed brilliantly and took 6 wickets for 21 runs. This is his best performance in ODI. In reply, the Indian team achieved the target in 6.1 overs without losing any wicket.

Shubman Gill remained unbeaten on 27 runs on 19 balls and Ishan Kishan remained unbeaten on 23 runs on 18 balls and India won the final match by 10 wickets.
