Shoaib Bashir is Pakistan origin English player. He was born at Surrey in England in 2003. His uncle was wicket keeper batsman who played club level cricket, he inspired from his uncle to choose cricket as career. He is right handed batsman and right arm off break bowler.
Early Career
Bashir made his first class debut for Somerset against Essax in June 2023. He has played club cricket for Guildford, age group cricket. He has debut T20 match for Somerset against Hampshire at southampton on 7th June 2023. Shoaib is very talented allrounder at this age he attracted everyones by his exceptional performance in international level cricket. Bashir played club level cricket in Australia and he has shown his skill in Australia. On 10th June 2023, Somerset announced that Bashir had signed a two year contract extension, keeping him with country until the end of the 2025 season.

In international cricket, he played for England Lions cricket team for first time in October 2023. He was debut against Afghanistan B and he has taken six wicket for 42 runs in 15 overs. On 11 the December 2023, Bashir has received his maiden call up for senior England team against India by his excellence performance in domestic cricket. He has traveled to India with England team for upcoming high voltage test series. Now everyone look him how he performs against India.
