Andrea Pirlo’s managerial record is better than Massimiliano Allegri

Do you also think Andrea Pirlo is a bad manager? If yes, this article will tell you about the talent he holds to prove others wrong.

Andrea Pirlo isn’t a bad manager as many of them made him look like. People often forget before being appointed as the manager of Juventus, he hadn’t even managed a kid’s football team.

There were glimpses of some great and exciting football at his times at Juventus. After first 10 Serie-A games, Pirlo had 20 points in 2021/22 season for the Bianconeri while Allegri only managed to have 15 in 2021/22 season.

He literally had no pre season to test his tactics, etc. and was given a Juventus squad – which both Allegri & Sarri had somewhat given up on.

The decisions 42-year-old made at the times were not good enough but still he grinded results at times. He won the Coppa Italia and Super Coppa Italia and somehow managed to get Juve into the top 4 at the very end.

If had he got the right backing and signings, he could have done much better. Let’s hope Pirlo manages any Italian or foreign club anytime soon, gets the required experiences and comes back to Juventus to prove all his critics wrong.
