Edin Dzeko’s mother once saved his life in his childhood

A mother is the most precious thing in any person’s life. Her love is the purest thing she could ever give you. An incident from Edin Dzeko’s childhood gave the example of how much a mother meant to her child.

The Incident

In an incident, Dzeko’s mother saved his life when he was a child. She didn’t let him go to play football with his friends in Bosnia. A few moments later, a bomb exploded on the spot and killed his friends.

Dzeko said in an statement: “My mother saved my life when I was a child. She didn’t let me go and play football with my friends in Bosnia. A few moments later, a bomb exploded on the spot and killed my friends.

I didn’t have a childhood because of the war but all that made me stronger.”

The 36-year-old Edin Dzeko is the first player since Ronaldo Nazario (1997/98) to score at least 6 goals in Inter Milan’s first 7 games. He is truly one of the most underrated players in football history.
