A 14-year-old kid has turned down Cristiano Ronaldo’s invitation after an unbelievable incident

In a recent incident, Cristiano Ronaldo swiped a 14-yer-old kid’s phone out of his hand. He was leaving the ground in pain as he had suffered a leg injury during the game.

Ronaldo surely did this out of his frustration for the game but later made an apology to the kid and invited him to watch United’s next game at the Old Trafford.

However, Jake Harding (kid’s name) has declined the invitation and has slammed Ronaldo for his behavior. His mother, Sarah Kelly, has told media that his son doesn’t want to go to the stadium and he doesn’t want to see Ronaldo either.

Sarah said to the ECHO: “United have handled it terribly and it’s just made things even worse to be honest.”

She added: “We’ve kindly declined the offer to go to United because Jake doesn’t want to go there and he doesn’t want to see Ronaldo. He’s made that pretty clear.

“They’re not my words, they’re my son’s words. At the end of the day, this is what it’s about. It’s affected him more than it’s affected me, so I have put everything to him to make his own mind up on – he doesn’t want to go to United, he doesn’t want to go to see Ronaldo. All that I’m saying right now is that it’s in the hands of the police.”

Manchester United will play against Norwich City on 16th April. Their top 4 hopes are still alive and they can still qualify for the UEFA Champions League next season.

The club lost its last match 1-0 against Everton. Fans’ critics are mostly directed towards Harry Maguire because of his bad form this season. They want him to leave Manchester next season.
