Malolan is a former Tamil Nadu all-rounder with significant first-class cricket experience, having played 47 matches and claiming 136 wickets. He retired from professional cricket in 2019 and became a core part of RCB’s backroom operations, primarily leading the scouting and talent development program. Malolan has been involved with RCB since 2019, serving as assistant coach and head of scouting, and has built a strong rapport with both coaching staff and players.
