Cristiano Ronaldo has 40 goals in 47 appearances for Al Nassr since joining the Riyadh-based team in the Saudi Pro League.

Cristiano Ronaldo is widely recognized as one of the most prolific goalscorers in international football, and the Portuguese striker’s reputation has only grown since joining Saudi Arabian team Al Nassr FC.

In January of this year, the Portuguese footballer joined Al Nassr, becoming the world’s highest-paid athlete in the process.

Cristiano Ronaldo scored his first goal in Saudi Arabia in a friendly against Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) while playing for a squad comprised of Al Nassr FC and Al Hilal SFC players.

He made his Saudi Pro League debut for Al Nassr, defeating Al-Ettifaq 1-0. He scored his first goal for Al Nassr in a goalless tie with Al-Fateh before going on to score his first hat-trick in a 4-0 win over Al Wehad.

In a 3-0 win over Damac, the Portuguese star scored his second hat-trick for the club.

Ronaldo was named February’s Saudi Pro League Player of the Month after scoring eight goals and assisting twice.

The Portuguese international has 30 goals in 31 games for Al Nassr FC in the Saudi Pro League so far. In total, he has 40 goals in 47 games for the Riyadh-based team.

Two of these goals were enough to earn the team a trophy. In 2023, Al Nassr won its first Arab Club Champions Cup thanks to a brace from Ronaldo in the final against rivals Al Hilal.

Al Nassr is Cristiano Ronaldo’s fifth club in his professional career. In 2002, the five-time Ballon d’Or winner began his club career with Sporting CP in Portugal.

In a 3-0 win over Moreirense, he made his professional debut against Braga and scored his first goal. Since then, he has played for Manchester United (2006-09) and Real Madrid (2009-18), as well as Juventus (2018-21) and Al Nassr FC.

The five-times Ballon d’Or winner has scored over 700 goals in over 900 club matches since his debut in 2002. On the international level, he is also the leading goal-scorer.

During his career, the Portuguese star has won five UEFA Champions Leagues, three English Premier Leagues, two La Ligas, as many Serie As, and the Arab Club Champions Cup.
