Cristiano Ronaldo becomes first Juventus player in 60 years to score 25 league goals as he finally breaks free-kick duck

Sports Desk- Star Football Player Cristiano Ronaldo scored his first ever goal from a free-kick in Serie A as Juventus beat Torino in the Turin derby to move seven points clear at the top of the table and secure their seventh successive league win on Saturday.

Paulo Dybala needed just three minutes to put the hosts ahead with a neat run and finish at the Allianz Stadium, providing a lead that was doubled when Colombia live wire Juan Cuadrado drove in Juve’s second after collecting a Ronaldo pass in the 29th minute.

In the 61st minute, Ronaldo, with his right foot, fired a bullet into the right top corner and the goalkeeper had no chance at all to save it. This was Ronaldo 55th career free kick goal and he used his classic knuckle-ball technique to put the ball into the back of the net.

In the end, Koffi Djidji scored an own goal in the 87th minute and top spot with a 4-1 win in the Serie A table.

Cristiano Ronaldo has become the first man in 60 years to hit 25 goals for Juventus in a single Serie A season, bringing up the milestone with his first-ever free-kick goal for the Italian giants. Ronaldo become the first man since Omar Sívori in 1960-61 to hit 25 goals for the Bianconeri in the Italian top-flight.
