Chelsea’s UEFA Champions League hopes are in danger after losing to Arsenal again
Arsenal stopped ‘The Blues’ for one more time. They defeated Chelsea 1-0, thanks to Emile Smith Rowe’s goal.
‘The Gunners’ are already out of the Europa League race after facing a 2-1 defeat against Villarreal in the semi final. Villarreal will be facing Manchester United on 27th May in the UEL final.
Chelsea has reached UEFA Champions League final for the first time since 2012. They won their first and only UCL title in 2012.
However, Chelsea’s next season UCL hopes are in danger again. With 64 points, they are at 4th position on the Premier League table while West Ham is just behind them with 58 points.
West Ham is left with their three remaining matches while Chelsea has only two fixtures to play.
Manchester City will try to win their first ever UCL final after winning the Premier League for the third time in last four years.
