The Spanish club signed Tchouaméni from AS Monaco for a fee of €80 million. On the other side, Chelsea might have made a mistake by letting go Antonio Rudiger for free. He was undoubtedly one of the best defenders in Premier League.

The 22 years old just completed a brilliant season for Monaco. He has also established himself as a key starter for the French national team.
