Alex Sandro (Full Name – Alex Sandro Lobo Silva) is a Brazilian left-back born on 26 January 1991 in Catanduva, Brazil. His father’s name is Reinaldo Ramos da Silva and mother is Maria de Fátima Lobo.

Childhood

Alex Sandro grew up helping his parents in the cultivation and processing of Sugarcane which his hometown is known for. He played football with fellow kids in the streets, which also improved his skills.

The Brazilian began to play for his hometown club CLET, run by Catanduva municipality. He participated in all youth tournaments in Sao Paulo state.

For Atletico Parananense, he finished his career between 2006 and 2008 and ended a professional career with the club in 2010.

Career

Sandro is considered one of the best left-backs in the world. His playing position, athleticism, and playing style have drawn comparisons with Roberto Carlos.

During his time Atletico Parananense, he played for Santos on loan before joining Porto in 2011. His prime came when he started playing for Juventus, where he won back-to-back title with the club.
