#10 Tharanga and Dilshan (Sri Lanka)

In an ODI match in 2011 against Zimbabwe at Pallekele. Sri Lankan openers Dilshan and Tharanga made 282 runs partnership for the first wicket.

#9 De Kock and Amla (South Africa)

Quinton De Kock and Hashim Amla in 2017 made the 9th highest run partnership in ODIs for the first wicket against Bangladesh of 282*.

#8 Warner and Head (Australia)

In 2017 Australia was splaying against Pakistan in Adelaide. Warner and Travis Head while opening the innings for Australia made a partnership of 284 runs for the first wicket which is the 8th highest run partnership in ODI cricket.

#7 Tharanga and Jayasuriya (Sri Lanka)

Tharanga and Jayasuriya in 2006 made the 7th highest run partnership in ODI cricket. As the Sri Lankan opening pair made 286 runs partnership for the first wicket against England at Leeds.

#6 Tamim Iqbal and Liton Das (Bangladesh)

In 2020 while playing against Zimbabwe at Sylhet. The two Bangladeshi openers Tamim Iqbal and Liton Das made a 292 runs partnership for the first wicket which is the 6th highest run partnership in ODIs.

#5 Imam-ul-Haq and Fakhar Zaman (Pakistan)

In 2018 Pakistani openers Imam-ul-Haq and Fakhar Zaman made a 304 runs partnership against Zimbabwe ay Bulawayo. They both played as openers in that match and their partnership is the 5th highest run partnership in ODIs.

#4 Ganguly and Dravid (India)

The two Indian greats Rahul Dravid and Sourav Ganguly made a 318 runs partnership in 1999 against Sri Lanka at Taunton. They both made this 318 runs partnership for the second wicket which is also the 4th highest run partnership in ODIs.

#3 Tendulkar and Dravid (India)

Sachin Tendulkar and Rahul Dravid in 1999 made a 331 runs partnership for the second wicket against New Zealand in Hyderabad. Their partnership of 331 runs is 3rd highest run partnership in One Day Internationals.

#2 Campbell and Hope (West Indies)

In 2019 when West Indies was playing against Ireland in Dublin. The two West Indies openers Campbell and Hope made a 365 runs partnership for the first wicket against Ireland. Their partnership of 365 runs is the second-highest runs partnership in ODI cricket.

#1 Gayle and Samuels (West Indies)

The two West Indies greats Marlon Samuels ad Chris Gayle made the highest runs partnership in ODI cricket in 2015 against Zimbabwe at Canberra. They made 372 runs partnership for the second wicket against Zimbabwe. It was also a world cup match of 2015 in Australia.
