Uruguay faced Chile in their group A stage match of Copa America 2021

The next match of Copa America 2021 was played between Uruguay and Chile. Both the teams shared points as the final score ended 1-1.

The first goal of the match was scored by Eduardo Vargas in 26th minute. Uruguay had more ball possession (55%) and so had more attempted shots on the field.

In 66th minute, Arturo Vidal netted the ball in his own goal which made the score 1-1 for the rest of the game.

Uruguay haven’t won a single game this tournament. Their previous meeting ended up in their loss to Argentina. On the other side, Chile is at 3rd position, they have played 3 matches out of which they only won one.
