Uruguay faced Paraguay in their group B stage match of Copa America 2021

The match of Copa America 2021 was played between Uruguay and Paraguay. The former defeated their opponent 1-0 on final score.

The first and the only goal of the match was scored by Edinson Cavani through a penalty in 21st minute.

Peru had more ball possession (52%) but they lagged behind Uruguay in terms of attempted shots (Uru-18).

Uruguay will face Colombia in the quarter final.
