EURO 2020 Quarter-final: Denmark beat Czech Republic to confirm their spot for semi-finals

Czech Republic faced Denmark in their Quarter-final match of UEFA Euro 2020.

The third Quarter-final match of UEFA Euro 2020 was played between Czech Republic and Denmark. The latter defeated their opponent 1-2 on final score.

The first goal of the match was scored by Thomas Delaney in 5th minute. Following his teammate, Kasper Dolberg netted the second goal in 42nd minute.

The first half ended with Denmark leading by two goals to nil. In the second half, Patrik Schick scored his fifth of the tournament and decreased opponent’s lead to one.

However, they failed to score any more goals and got a really disappointing result. Nevertheless, Czech Republic looked much greater team in this Euro than expected.

Denmark are in the semi-final and will face the winner of Ukraine vs England.
