The insane record Ole Solskjaer holds as Manchester United’s manager

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s longevity as Manchester United’s manager without winning a single trophy is just insane.

United have lost five of their last nine games with zero domestic victory in their last four. They faced a frustrating 0-5 defeat against Liverpool on Sunday.

Since Ole’s appointment as United’s manager:

– Maurizio Sarri won Europa League with Chelsea, left the club & joined Juventus. He won the Serie A title and was sacked after Juve’s UEFA Champions League exit.

– Andrea Pirlo was appointed as the next Juve manager. Inexperienced him won two trophies and helped Juve finish in the top 4 last season, but was still sacked at the end of the season.

– Ronald Koeman joined Barcelona, won the Copa Del Rey last season and got sacked after a poor start to this season.

All three of those managers won at least one trophy with their respective club and were sacked after poor performances. Meanwhile, United is backing Ole despite not winning a single trophy as well as the team underperforming is just crazy.
