Sports Desk- The first match of the two-match T20I series between Sri Lanka and the West Indies (SLvWI Live Score) was played at Pallekele. In this match, West Indies won the toss and opted to bat. Batting first, the West Indies scored 194 for four in their allotted 20 overs thanks to a stunning inning from Lendl Simmons (67). In response, the entire team of Sri Lanka were all out for 171 runs. Oshane Thomas took the maximum of five wickets for the West Indies.
Earlier, Sri Lanka made a clean sweep in the ODI series against the West Indies. Sri Lanka won the first match by 1 wicket and the second match by 161 runs. While the third ODI Sri Lanka won by 6 runs.
