Warner received his for-orange cap in 2015 for his 562 runs in that year. He won the second orange cap in 2017 for his 641 runs and his third orange cap came in 2019 for his 692 runs in that year.

The highest runs partnership in IPL is between Virat Kohli and AB De Villiers. They both made 229 runs partnerships in 2016 against Gujarat Lions. It is the highest runs partnership for any wicket in IPL. Virat Kohli made 109 runs in 56 balls with 5 fours and 8 sixes whereas AB De Villiers scored 129* in 52 balls with 10 fours and 12 sixes. They both have made 200+ runs partnership twice in IPL.
