Andre Onana has been one of the most inconsistent goalkeepers in the Premier League and he is just a few goals away from breaking this Leo Messi record.

Andre Onana has become the fastest player to concede 71 goals milestone in a single season in Europe’s top five leagues. He is now just two goals away from breaking Lionel Messi’s record of 73 goals in 60 games.

Onana’s performances for Man Utd have not been so consistent since the start of the 2023/24 season. Before joining the English club, Onana had a great season with Italian giants Inter Milan.

Man Utd signed him in 2023 after the Italian club’s title-winning run in the 2022/23 season.

His first season with the club wasn’t that bad but this season, the Cameroonian goalkeeper has conceded 71 goals in just 43 games.

Man Utd is currently sitting on 8th position and this wouldn’t be wrong to say that Onana is one of the reasons behind their horrific run in the Premier League this season.
