Switzerland faced Turkey in their group A stage match of UEFA Euro 2020
The 26th match of UEFA Euro 2020 was played between Switzerland and Turkey. The former defeated their opponent 3-1 on final score.
The first goal of the match was scored by Haris Seferovic in just 6 minutes after the start. Turkey found it tough to gain control over the scoreline.
Xherdan Shaqiri netted two goals, first in 26th minute with a sensational finish and second in 68th minute. The only goal for Turkey was scored by Irfan Kahveci in 62nd minute.
However, Turkey is of the trophy race. Switzerland finished 3rd while Turkey failed to win even a single game, sitting on last position.
