Roma confirmed that Jose Mourinho is the club’s new head coach

Jose Mourinho was sacked by Tottenham Hotspur six days before the Carabao Cup final. Spurs lost the final 1-0 to Manchester City.

The reason why Jose was sacked is because he raised his voice against the idea of European Super League, proposed by Florentino Perez.

That could be Spurs biggest mistake but Roma didn’t miss the chance of signing ‘The Special One’. Jose will lead Roma in the fresh new season.

Mourinho will return to Serie A for the first time since leading Inter Milan to the European treble in 2009/10.
