Marcus Rashford achieved another milestone in his carrer
Marcus Rashford has now equaled David Beckham’s goal scoring record for Manchester United. He has scored the same number of goals as Beckham had for Man Utd in his career.
Rashford scored his 85th goal for Man Utd against New Castle United. It took him only 253 games to do so while Beckham did it in 388 games.
Rashford on his Instagram wrote about this milestone by him. “Joined some great company tonight @davidbeckham Happy Sunday everyone.”
It’s not an argument but Beckham was more of a playmaker and a mid-fielder while Rashford is a winger. So it’s obvious that it took him 135 more games to achieve this record.
No doubt Beckham was far better than Rashford in his playing career but a new Manchester legend is in making.
If Rashford continues to be in this form in his upcoming next years, he will surely become a Man Utd legend.
