Shocked: Legend player Luis Suarez left the Barcelona

Luis Suarez Farewell – The 33 year old Luis Suarez left Barca and after leaving he said it wasn’t easy for me to accept but I’m leaving the club with pride and the club also believed in me. Further he said, it wasn’t expected, I didn’t have anything prepared but it’s been years, I’ve made many friends, which makes me happy.

Suarez, who arrived barcelona in 2014 and leaving barca with third highest scorer with 198 goals including four spanish league trophies, four La Liga titles and the Champion league in 2015. Luis Suarez was emotional when he had to say goodbye and told he wasn’t needed by the club anymore. Now, Suarez will join Argentine coach Diego Simeone at atletico.

Suarez said, i received many calls from other clubs but Barcelona doesn’t clear me about whether they don’t need me anymore. I felt that I was still able to play in a club that could compete against Madrid and Barcelona. Now i’m going to a very competitive team that can achieve a lot.

After striker signing, Atletico will pay 6 millions euros to Barcelona, who last month were told by incoming coach Ronald Koeman that he was not in his plans. Suarez never maul Barcelona, Koeman or club president Josep Bartomeu for how his exit was handled.

Barcelona said in his statement that “thankfulness to Suarez for his commitment and wishes him for all the success in the future”. Despite his legendary height at the club, he wanted to find a way to switch to a different way of playing.

Atletico Madrid said that he is marvellous, tremendous, extraordinary, strong, aggressive and intense player. He assists and scores from all over the pitch.
