On Sunday, UEFA announced Round-of-16 draws for Champions League
Round-of-16 draws for UEFA Champions League has been announced. RO16 first leg is expected to start from 21 February. The final will be played at the Atatürk Olympic Stadium in Istanbul, Turkey.
Here are the draws of Round-of-16:
- Monchengladbach vs Manchester City
- Lazio vs Bayern Munich
- Atletico vs Chelsea
- RB Leipzig vs Liverpool
- FC Porto vs Juventus
- FC Barcelona vs Paris Saint German
- Sevilla vs Borussia Dortmund
- Atalanta vs Rea Madrid
The last time champions of UCL were Bayern Munich. Real Madrid have the most titles with 13 UCL trophies. Here are the top 5 clubs with most UCL trophies:
- Real Madrid – 13
- AC Milan – 7
- Liverpool/Bayern Munich – 6
- FC Barcelona – 5
- AFC Ajax – 4
Though AC Milan isn’t playing this year’s RO16 but the team has came out to be stronger this season. Zlatan has brought back old victory days to Milan again. According to us, the favorites to win this year’s UCL is Bayern Munich again.
